What you will do

• Deliver high-quality technical support and operational maintenance for identity and access platforms.
• Lead SSO onboarding into Entra ID for SaaS, internal, and legacy applications.
• Configure and manage identity controls including MFA, Conditional Access, and role assignments.
• Investigate and resolve service incidents, identifying root causes and implementing controlled fixes.
• Maintain accurate documentation for operational tasks, onboarding decisions, and service changes.
• Collaborate across technology teams using ServiceNow to manage requests and change activities.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Stirling, UK
• Strong hands-on experience in identity operations, specifically Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Proven experience delivering and supporting SSO integrations in a controlled environment.
• Practical knowledge of Conditional Access and security control application.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established procedures.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to partnering across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Entra Connect and related authentication components.
• Familiarity with Delinea or SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Proficiency in scripting or automation, particularly PowerShell.
• Understanding of identity governance processes like joiners/movers/leavers.
