What you will do

• Administer the M365 tenant across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID, managing provisioning and access policies.
• Lead and coach a small team of IT professionals, prioritizing work and managing professional development.
• Own the full endpoint lifecycle using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot for both Windows and macOS devices.
• Design and operate automated workflows using PowerShell and the Microsoft Graph API to reduce manual IT operations.
• Manage the IT support function, including ITSM platform configuration, SLA definitions, and knowledge base maintenance.
• Partner with Cybersecurity teams to enforce security baselines and provide evidence for SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Glasgow, United Kingdom
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• 5-7 years of hands-on IT experience within a SaaS or technology company environment.
• 2+ years of experience directly managing IT staff and developing their technical capabilities.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA) and Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM).
• Ability to write PowerShell scripts or use Microsoft Graph API for task automation.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent process knowledge.
• Experience working within SOC 2 or HIPAA compliance frameworks.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MD-102, or SC-300.
