What you will do

• Own and manage networking-led integration projects as the primary delivery and coordination lead.
• Coordinate secure connectivity requirements, including IP allow-listing, network configuration, and VPN setup.
• Lead VPN delivery from a project management perspective, including planning, validation, and go-live readiness.
• Support application-level integration projects by providing technical guidance on APIs and SDKs.
• Act as a customer-facing delivery lead, managing stakeholder expectations and project risks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Support, and Security teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, subnets, firewalls, and secure connectivity.
• Experience managing and coordinating networking or connectivity projects in a professional services context.
• Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently.
• Effective problem-solving skills for managing risks, dependencies, and escalations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with API and SDK-based integrations.
• Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and XML.
• Exposure to application-level integrations during customer onboarding.
