What you will do

• Maintain an accurate inventory of servers, networking equipment, and other IT hardware within the region.
• Coordinate the shipping, receiving, and safe storage of IT materials.
• Conduct regular audits of asset inventory to verify completeness and update records.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance to optimize resource allocation and hardware availability.
• Keep detailed documentation of shipments and audits, providing regular reports to management.
• Utilize inventory management software to maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with asset management software.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work in a data center environment, including moving and lifting heavy objects.
• Must have US work authorization that does not require sponsorship now or in the future.
