What you will do

• Produce and oversee high-quality biographical and financial research profiles on US-based HNWI donors.
• Lead high-value pipeline development by applying sophisticated prospecting methodologies.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior frontline fundraisers to drive increased philanthropic support.
• Develop and implement data-driven research strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage and optimize CRM and subscription databases to support strategic opportunities.
• Provide line management and mentorship to junior team members to foster professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis within non-profit fundraising.
• Expertise in US markets and philanthropic trends.
• Proficiency in fundraising software, specifically Salesforce, and data retrieval services like LexisNexis or iWave.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and capable of working from a home or alternate workspace.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of impact investing, corporate social responsibility, and Public Private Partnerships.
