Salary: $92,700 - $113,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop training materials, implementation measures, and protocols for education initiatives.
• Deliver professional development and coaching to educators, administrators, and leaders.
• Contribute to reports interpreting findings for clients and partners.
• Represent the organization in interactions with state, local, and site-based staff.
• Lead discrete projects or major workstreams, including planning and execution.
• Contribute to business development, strategic planning, and proposal writing.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in education.
• 3+ years of technical assistance experience in improvement science or continuous improvement.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship available).
• Experience working with school districts, state education agencies, or postsecondary systems.
• Willingness to travel locally and nationally up to 25% of the time.
