What you will do

• Conduct financial reviews for clients of all sizes.
• Develop and maintain financial review packages and standardized procedures.
• Train team members on financial analysis, reporting, and deliverable skill sets.
• Assist consulting teams in client meetings by presenting financial data and insights.
• Provide written analysis and insights on financial deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal analytics and consulting teams via virtual and in-person meetings.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in financial analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with benefit insurance coverage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
