Location: Remote (Must be based in TX, CA, IN, FL, GA, or NY)

What you will do

  • Lead planning, reporting, and alignment of financial goals for Retail, Franchise, and Business Service units.
  • Drive the budget, forecast, and long-range planning process for the Franchise business unit.
  • Create dynamic models to automate and streamline forecasting processes.
  • Lead the Retail Store Optimization process, including financial evaluation of store openings, closures, and relocations.
  • Analyze insurance carrier commissions and build robust commission budgets and forecasts.
  • Prepare high-level reports and presentation materials for Executive Leadership meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in planning, analysis, and financial management.
  • Must be based in the USA (specifically TX, CA, IN, FL, GA, or NY).
  • Expert proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Experience with OneStream and Tableau.
  • Retail experience; insurance experience is considered a plus.
