Consultant - Corporate Finance - Turnaround and Restructuring (Corporate Finance)

Location: Boston, MA; onsite

Salary: $90,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Support day-to-day activities for Turnaround & Restructuring client engagements.
• Build and analyze 13-week cash flow, three-statement, and pro-forma scenario models.
• Execute multiple consulting tasks, including financial analysis and client presentations.
• Prepare reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Collaborate with BRG experts, external professionals, and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to marketing, client pitches, and the development of the consulting practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, accounting or finance, management, engineering, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of work experience, ideally in consulting or professional services.
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis, including three-statement models, cash flows, and scenario analyses.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of financial and operational data and develop insights and recommendations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills; willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• CFA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
• Technical or GAAP accounting expertise.
