What you will do

  • Own and optimize marketing automation platforms and data flows to support lead generation and ABM programs.
  • Execute end-to-end webinar operations, including planning, registration management, and post-event lead hand-off.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards to track email, campaihirify.global, and funnel KPIs.
  • Manage contact list hygiene, standardization, and segmentation to ensure high-quality data for targeted campaihirify.globals.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Channel Marketing teams to alihirify.global lead routing and lifecycle definitions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues within marketing tools and document SOPs for efficient campaihirify.global execution.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or growth analytics in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics).
  • Proven ability to plan and execute webinars using tools like Zoom, ON24, or Teams Live.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building reports in Power BI, Tableau, or native CRM tools.
  • Understanding of lead management concepts, ABM strategies, and email deliverability best practices.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US as the role is US-based.
