What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple AI initiatives to meet business objectives.
• Mentor and coach AI engineers to build a high-performing, collaborative project team.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Guide solution design, model integration, and production deployment of AI-powered products.
• Drive research and engineering best practices across the AI project portfolio.
• Coordinate dependencies and communicate project status, risks, and tradeoffs to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or machine learning.
• 2+ years of experience leading technical teams or cross-functional delivery efforts.
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML solutions from concept to production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML tooling.
• Experience with cloud-based architectures and production software deployment.
