What you will do

• Set the strategic direction and roadmap for AI/ML adoption within the organization.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML projects from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Champion MLOps best practices including model versioning, testing, and monitoring.
• Stay current with research advances and identify opportunities to improve existing systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Proven experience in developing, deploying, and productizing AI/ML models in real-world applications.
• Strong background in medical imaging modalities such as CT, MRI, PET, or SPECT and the DICOM standard.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• English: Fluent proficiency required
