Requirements

• Must be based in Germany
• Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience in LLM finetuning, distillation, and layer pruning.
• Proven track record in developing ASR systems including acoustic and language models.
• Exceptional programming skills in Python.
• Experience with commercial model deployments and production optimization.
