What you will do

• Design and develop AI/ML models to solve complex business problems and drive workflow automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into production-level cloud architecture.
• Prepare, cleanse, and perform feature engineering on medical imaging datasets.
• Lead technical planning, code reviews, and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
• Manage MLOps practices, including model deployment, performance monitoring, and scalability.
• Contribute to intellectual property and represent the company at research conferences.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Solid professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in real-world applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong experience with medical imaging modalities (CT, MRI, PET, SPECT) and DICOM standards.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization.
• English: Fluent
