What you will do

• Develop AI solutions, integrating data engineering practices.
• Participate in team meetings and work collaboratively with CSTG and client team members.
• Deliver technical implementations for specific technical domains.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Build and communicate designs, ensuring technical soundness and quality.
• Lead code review sessions to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of machine learning experience building complex Data/AI solutions.
• 2+ years of implementation experience using Python and related ML libraries.
• Ability to apply the correct ML Model to the problem.
• Some experience or a working knowledge of Generative AI LLMs, pretraining, fine-tuning, transfer learning, instruction fine-tuning, etc.
• Must be located in either the Greater Indianapolis Area OR the Greater St. Louis Area

Nice to have

• Previous consulting experience.
• Master's Degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or related education.
• AWS or Azure ML experience and/or certification.
• Experience building high volume ML pipelines with Databricks, Spark, or similar using PySpark or Scala.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and designs to client teams.
