What you will do

• Collaborate with financial markets and private banking clients to assess current practices and define transformative strategies.
• Lead project teams to design Target Operating Models (TOM) and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and industry trends to produce actionable insights and recommendations.
• Implement transformation programs including process reengineering, technology adoption, and organizational restructuring.
• Advise on financial market operations, private banking services, and wealth management strategies.
• Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Based in Singapore and able to start on a short timeline; no visa sponsorship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
• Prior management consulting experience.
• Proven experience in financial markets, private banking, or financial services consulting, including process improvement and related domains (e.g., offshoring, investment banking, asset services).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to lead teams and manage multiple initiatives under deadlines.
