Senior Consultant, Client Solutions (FinTech)

Location: Singapore, Singapore — Asia Square Tower 2. The role requires Singapore citizenship or permanent residency.

What you will do

• Build expertise in hirify.global products, client workflows, and the financial services industry.
• Develop trusted relationships with investment banks, asset owners, asset managers, and wealth managers.
• Identify opportunities to improve client workflows, technology use, adoption, engagement, and experience.
• Own client initiatives and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Manage client issues from identification through resolution while supporting retention and growth.
• Share client feedback and knowledge to improve products, services, and team capabilities.

Requirements

• Singapore citizenship or permanent residency required.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial services, technology, client service, consulting, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree; finance, economics, or accounting majors are preferred, though all majors are considered.
• Interest in technology and its application in finance.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, relationship-building, collaboration, and proactive working skills.
