TL;DR

Manager, Commercial Sales (Cybersecurity): Leading a team of inside sales professionals to drive business growth in the Mid-Market cybersecurity space with an accent on revenue expansion, customer satisfaction, and portfolio awareness. Focus on coaching account managers, executing business plans, and maintaining high-integrity sales processes to achieve quarterly targets.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid: Mon-Thu in office)

What you will do

  • Guide and motivate a team of Account Managers to drive revenue growth and high-touch customer experiences.
  • Connect team members to key resources and remove roadblocks to ensure revenue goals are exceeded.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Prepare and execute thorough business plans for current and future quarters.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present forecasts to executive management.
  • Actively attract and secure top talent to support rapid growth plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading high-performing inside or field sales teams.
  • Prior quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in software or IT technology.
  • Expert knowledge of the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Experience in solution sales environments and familiarity with methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN Selling.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Ability to occasionally function in a Player/Coach role to assist in closing deals.
