What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of six sales professionals through coaching, mentorship, and ongoing skills development.
- Own regional pipeline management, revenue targets, forecasting, and reporting.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, focusing on closing large and complex enterprise-level deals.
- Manage a book of business responsible for customer retention, expansion, and net-new logo acquisition.
- Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with channel partners to increase regional presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges and accelerate deal success.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of enterprise software sales experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a sales leadership role leading high-performing teams.
- Proven track record in value-based solution selling and consistently exceeding growth targets.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions; familiarity with Enterprise Endpoint and Mobility Management (EMM) is a strong asset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presentation capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
