What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of six sales professionals through coaching, mentorship, and ongoing skills development.
  • Own regional pipeline management, revenue targets, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, focusing on closing large and complex enterprise-level deals.
  • Manage a book of business responsible for customer retention, expansion, and net-new logo acquisition.
  • Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with channel partners to increase regional presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges and accelerate deal success.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in a sales leadership role leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record in value-based solution selling and consistently exceeding growth targets.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions; familiarity with Enterprise Endpoint and Mobility Management (EMM) is a strong asset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presentation capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
