TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Security): Leading sales efforts in Calgary and surrounding areas by promoting network cameras, access control, and IP audio solutions with an accent on building trusted relationships with integrators, consultants, and end-users. Focus on executing regional business plans, conducting technical demonstrations, and exceeding sales targets within the enterprise security market.

Location: Must be based in Calgary, Canada. Remote candidates will not be considered.

Salary: $137,000–$153,000 (includes base, commission, and bonus).

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and existing customers.
  • Develop and execute a regional business plan to exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct site visits, technical product demonstrations, and educational events.
  • Promote Axis solutions to integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users.
  • Work closely with Technology Partners to deliver customized solutions.
  • Utilize CRM to provide accurate forecasts and reports on activities and pipelines.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Calgary, Canada.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle sales experience, including at least 3 years in enterprise sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the region.
  • Strong negotiation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in technology, security, or related industry background.
  • Strong technical background with experience in cameras and computer networks.
  • Axis Certified Professional certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
