Location: Must be based in Calgary, Canada. Remote candidates will not be considered.
Salary: $137,000β$153,000 (includes base, commission, and bonus).

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Develop and execute a regional business plan to exceed sales targets.
- Conduct site visits, technical product demonstrations, and educational events.
- Promote Axis solutions to integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users.
- Work closely with Technology Partners to deliver customized solutions.
- Utilize CRM to provide accurate forecasts and reports on activities and pipelines.
Requirements
- Must be based in Calgary, Canada.
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle sales experience, including at least 3 years in enterprise sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the region.
- Strong negotiation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in technology, security, or related industry background.
- Strong technical background with experience in cameras and computer networks.
- Axis Certified Professional certification.
- Experience with Salesforce.
