Manager, Strategic Development (SaaS): Leading and scaling an Enterprise Sales Development team to drive outbound pipeline generation with an accent on performance coaching, strategic process implementation, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on building a high-performing team, optimizing sales enablement technologies, and achieving aggressive revenue goals through data-driven leadership.
Location: Remote (Canada). Hybrid policy: If within ~40 miles of a Hub office, 1-2 days per week in-office attendance is required.
Compensation: $157,600 CAD base salary + commission.

What you will do
- Manage and lead a team of 8–12 Strategic Development Managers (SDMs) to achieve performance objectives.
- Coach and develop team members through call shadowing, skill development, and mentorship.
- Implement and refine outbound SDR strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Monitor key operational and financial KPIs to drive pipeline creation and performance.
- Actively participate in the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members.
- Collaborate with internal Sales stakeholders to ensure alignment and value delivery.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- 12+ months of direct experience as an SDR/BDR and as a closing Account Executive.
- 1+ years of sales management or team lead experience.
- Proven expertise in outbound cold-calling and pipeline generation processes.
- Proficiency with Salesforce is required.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to generate reports and identify data trends.

- Experience with Salesloft, Gong, and other sales enablement technologies.
- Proven track record of success in high-performing sales organizations.
