What you will do

• Perform destructive physical analysis on critical components to identify success or failure factors.
• Apply advanced metrology techniques to measure features and document detailed findings.
• Prepare samples for inspection within a cleanroom environment following strict safety protocols.
• Program and operate automated and semi-automated laboratory equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers to provide data and visuals that guide design improvements.
• Mentor and train junior technicians as needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with a 2-year or 4-year technical degree, or 15+ years of experience without a degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document work accurately.
• Experience working in a laboratory or cleanroom environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
