Embedded Software Technical Program Manager (Video Collaboration)

What you will do

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional software programs across firmware, embedded Linux, Android system software, cloud services, and QA.
• Own end-to-end software execution from concept through launch and post-deployment.
• Align roadmaps, requirements, dependencies, milestones, engineering readiness, and release execution.
• Define Jira workflows, dashboards, boards, reporting structures, and operating rhythms for complex multi-team programs.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve execution blockers, and drive trade-off decisions across scope, schedule, and quality.
• Translate complex technical topics into executive-level updates and improve cross-team software delivery processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or software program leadership for complex software-intensive products.
• Experience shipping embedded Linux, Android-based, and/or cloud-connected devices.
• Strong understanding of hardware-software co-development, including EVT, DVT, PVT, and manufacturing readiness.
• Expert proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern program management tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across engineering and executive audiences.
• Experience leading global, multi-time-zone teams and complex cross-organizational initiatives.
