What you will do

• Drive program roadmaps and strategic delivery plans for large cross-functional teams from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with worldwide business partners to ensure alignment on objectives and promote diverse viewpoints.
• Communicate program status and strategic outcomes effectively to senior leadership.
• Identify and resolve critical issues and dependencies while balancing business needs and technical constraints.
• Influence stakeholders across organizations to deliver optimal outcomes for complex programs.
• Mentor junior team members and guide improvements within the program management organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program/project management for large-scale business systems or complex software initiatives.
• Proficiency in SDLC, Design/System Thinking, and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong leadership skills to prioritize assignments, manage risks, and craft communication plans.
• Outstanding communication skills for executive-level audiences.
• Expert-level experience with JIRA, including the ability to build custom dashboards.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Mateo, CA according to the hybrid working policy.
