Staff Program Manager, Innovation Go-to-Market

Salary: $188,600–$283,000 USD base pay per year; bonus package may also be available.

What you will do

• Lead PlayStation Platform programs and projects from inception through deployment and in-market launch.
• Drive roadmaps, strategic decisions, delivery plans, and readiness activities for large cross-functional programs.
• Coordinate product management, design, engineering, business operations, marketing, consumer support, legal, and finance stakeholders.
• Identify critical issues, dependencies, gaps, and risks, then drive mitigation and resolution.
• Communicate objectives, outcomes, escalations, and success criteria to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Improve program management processes and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, technical education, or equivalent technical work experience.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience involving large-scale business systems or complex software development initiatives from kickoff to market delivery.
• Experience with software development lifecycle, design/system thinking, Agile frameworks, Scrum or Kanban, and program management methodologies.
• Strong leadership, prioritization, critical thinking, conflict resolution, negotiation, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for executive-level audiences and collaboration with worldwide cross-functional groups.
• Expert-level Jira experience, including building custom dashboards to measure progress and risks.
