What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives impacting NetSuite and related operational accounting systems.
• Coordinate across Accounting, IT, and external partners to drive accountability, milestones, and system deployments.
• Manage complex system integrations including procurement, billing, payroll, and expense tools.
• Oversee accounting master data workflows, data mapping, and migration plans for newly acquired entities.
• Ensure all system updates and configurations adhere to SOX compliance and internal governance requirements.
• Develop change management strategies, communication plans, and training to support system adoption.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of project management experience in Finance Systems, ERP, or Accounting Technology.
• Strong understanding of operational accounting processes (P2P, R2R, intercompany, and close).
• Strong preference for experience with NetSuite.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Familiarity with SOX controls and system change management.
• Must be based in Poland.
