Salary: $112,000 – $157,500

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end NetSuite reimplementation project, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Define and manage project governance, including documentation standards, RAID logs, and reporting.
• Coordinate business process owners across Finance, Operations, IT, and Supply Chain.
• Manage cross-functional workstreams to ensure timely completion of requirements, design, and testing.
• Oversee change management activities, including communication, training, and end-user readiness.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide executive-level reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on NetSuite implementations.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional technology projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite concepts including financials, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay.
• Experience working with external systems integrators or NetSuite implementation partners.
• Must be based in Plano, Texas for this onsite contract role.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
• Experience working within mid-sized enterprises or rapidly scaling organizations.
• Background in Finance, Operations, or Systems/IT.
• Familiarity with business process redesign or process improvement methodologies.
