What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end NetSuite reimplementation project from planning through to go-live.
• Define and manage project governance, including documentation standards, RAID logs, and reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, third-party vendors, and NetSuite implementation partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Finance, Operations, IT, and Supply Chain.
• Oversee change management, training planning, and internal UAT coordination.
• Ensure project methodologies meet organizational standards using Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on NetSuite implementations.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technology projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite concepts including financials, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay.
• Experience working with external systems integrators or implementation partners.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Full-time availability dedicated to the project for the estimated 9-12 month duration.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
• Experience in mid-sized or rapidly scaling organizations.
• Background in Finance, Operations, or Systems/IT.
• Familiarity with business process redesign methodologies.
