What you will do

• Lead the software costing process for multiple jurisdictions, managing financial forecasts and budget realization.
• Develop detailed project plans and recommend technical solutions based on budget and cost obligations.
• Analyze and forecast project spending to ensure feasibility against requirements.
• Coordinate project teams and lead regular review meetings with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Manage resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, and documentation to ensure on-time delivery.
• Determine priorities for regional projects and daily activities based on available budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in costing or finance areas.
• Proven track record of financial leading or costing management within the IT branch.
• Practical expertise in costing planning and analysis.
• English: Fluent (C1) is a must.
• Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.
