What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end finance projects from design through implementation to stabilization.
  • Manage finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations (D365), reporting, consolidation, and compliance.
  • Act as a bridge between local finance teams, Group HQ, IT, Tax, and Legal departments.
  • Establish project governance, define milestones, track deliverables, and manage risks.
  • Support Financial Shared Services in onboarding new entities and driving automation and process standardization.

Requirements

  • Strong professional background in Accounting, Controlling, or Finance Operations.
  • Proven track record in delivering end-to-end transformation and change projects.
  • Strong project management discipline and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in HQ-local and cross-functional environments.
  • Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ERP implementations, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
  • Knowledge of entity setups, carve-outs, inventory costing flows, VAT, and transfer pricing.
  • Experience working within shared service centers or matrix organizations.
