Growth Marketing Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build and defend comprehensive media plans across diverse channels and geographies.
• Own the forecasting layer for spend, volume, and acquisition costs, maintaining scenario models for capital allocation.
• Lead measurement initiatives including mix modeling, incrementality testing, and geographic experiments.
• Reconcile media spend against invoices, agency billing, and finance ledgers through monthly close.
• Continuously hunt for edge in auction dynamics and inventory pricing to optimize in-flight reallocation.
• Develop reporting layers and dashboards to serve as the single source of truth for leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in media planning, marketing analytics, or growth strategy.
• Deep fluency in paid channels including search, social, programmatic, video, and offline.
• Strong quantitative foundation with advanced SQL skills and experience in BI tooling.
• Hands-on experience with mix modeling and incrementality testing.
• Financial rigor with experience in reconciliation, accruals, and working with finance teams.
• Must be based in New York for this on-site role.

Nice to have

• Background in trading, fintech, or event-driven demand businesses.
• Experience building mix modeling in-house or managing measurement vendors.
• Technical proficiency in Python or R.
• Direct ownership of a marketing P&L.
