Product Marketing Manager (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY, USA; collaborative in-office culture. Relocation support is available for employees moving to New York.

Salary: $175,000–$280,000 per year plus equity of $80,000+ USD.

What you will do

• Own and continuously refine messaging and competitive positioning for CFOs, Controllers, and finance teams.
• Translate customer and prospect feedback into high-impact go-to-market campaigns.
• Build sales content and collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and demos.
• Drive new product launches from planning through execution.
• Lead content, copy, and design teams while writing marketing copy hands-on.
• Build analytics and dashboards and run campaigns across webinars, conferences, events, content, email, and digital channels.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in high-growth B2B SaaS marketing.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Experience running multi-channel campaigns across content, events, paid, community, and thought leadership.
• High proficiency in Excel and BI tools, with an analytical mindset.
• High agency, strong work ethic, entrepreneurial drive, and ownership.
• Ability and desire to grow as a leader and manager, with management responsibilities from day one.

• Fintech, ERP, or accounting product marketing experience.
