What you will do

• Conduct internal audits and track corrective actions to closure.
• Facilitate Material Review Board (MRB) and Corrective Action Review Board (CARB) meetings.
• Manage quality documentation and maintain accurate records for audit readiness.
• Monitor nonconformance reports and assist in KPI tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience or Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience in quality systems, internal audit, or manufacturing administration.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards.
• Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and MS Office.
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Must be authorized to access U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Auditor certification (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, AS9100).
• Experience in KPI reporting.
• Knowledge of lean/CI methods.
