Quality Business Systems Specialist

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, NY

What you will do

• Conduct internal audits and track corrective actions to closure.
• Facilitate Material Review Board (MRB) and Corrective Action Review Board (CARB) meetings.
• Manage quality changes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor nonconformance reports and assist in KPI tracking and reporting.
• Maintain quality databases to ensure audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience or Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience in quality systems, internal audit, or manufacturing administration.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards.
• Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and MS Office.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and handle export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• ISO 9001 or AS9100 Lead Auditor certification.
• Experience in KPI reporting.
• Knowledge of lean or continuous improvement methods.
