What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Field Service) to resolve quality issues in complex electromechanical systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using 8D and FMEA tools.
• Act as the voice of quality during New Product Introduction (NPI) gate reviews and design decisions.
• Analyze production and field data to identify trends, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop and maintain quality KPIs and metrics dashboards to drive business process improvements.
• Partner with Supplier Quality and vendors to leverage failure analysis findings and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of related quality engineering experience.
• Expertise in quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, 5Why Analysis, Fishbone/Ishikawa Diagrams, and SPC.
• Location: Ability to work onsite in Horsham, PA.
• Experience in capital equipment manufacturing, particularly in the semiconductor industry (highly preferred).

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) certification.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP system, specifically Quality and Service modules.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Minitab, Power BI, or Sigma Solutions.
