Quality Engineer (Robotics)

Salary: $65,340–$97,700 per year

What you will do

• Represent the company in resolving customer quality issues and leading RMA investigations.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions using structured methodologies like 8D and 5 Whys.
• Perform detailed failure analysis of electronic PCBAs and assemblies.
• Define and implement sampling plans and support First Article Inspection (FAI).
• Participate in design and process risk assessments (DFMEA/PFMEA).
• Support the transfer of products from engineering to production.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bedford, MA
• 2 years of experience in quality engineering or manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and schematics.
• Familiarity with quality control tools and root cause analysis methods.

Nice to have

• Experience with ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 quality management systems.
• Experience with CMM programming and inspection methods.
