What you will do

• Ensure quality success on program teams by meeting contractual requirements and driving crucial quality decisions.
• Collaborate with global partners to resolve challenges and maintain transparent communication with customers.
• Conduct quality engineering studies and recommend design changes to improve production efficiency.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams through failure analysis, root cause, and corrective action activities.
• Develop and implement quality plans for inspection, manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes.
• Work directly with customers and suppliers to identify and mitigate risks on complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with problem-solving tools and technical documentation.
• Must be able to work onsite in East Aurora, NY (remote candidates will not be considered).
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
