What you will do

• Advise leaders and employees on HR policies, practices, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with German labor law and manage works council relations.
• Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
• Drive performance management processes, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including digitalization and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Business Partner or senior HR roles.
• Strong expertise in works council relations (5+ years) and German labor law.
• Fluent in German and business fluent in English.
• Experience working in international and matrix organizations.
• Proficiency with HR systems like Workday and Microsoft Office.
