• Drive end-to-end organizational transformation and cultural integration initiatives.

• Lead and grow a high-impact People & Culture team with a builder mindset.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leadership development and HR within complex, international corporate environments.
• Strong track record in change management and performance frameworks.
• Ability to create and implement structures in evolving environments.
• Experience with modern HR systems such as Workday.
• Strong ability to influence and align senior stakeholders at the Managing Board level.
