What you will do

• Partner with German leaders to translate global and European HR strategies into impactful local initiatives.
• Lead culture building, integration, and harmonisation initiatives to ensure consistency across Germany.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and recruitment to development and offboarding.
• Develop learning, talent, and performance management processes, including compensation and bonus cycles.
• Plan and implement local recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance on payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong expertise in German labour law and the full employee lifecycle.
• Proven experience supporting organizational change, transformation, and development initiatives.
• Exceptional proficiency in both German and English.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across different regions and time zones.

Nice to have

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Law, or a recognized HR qualification.
