Employee Relations Partner (Automotive)

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for employees regarding employment questions, conflict resolution, and compensation.
• Support both office and production areas with onboarding, digital HR services, and country-specific processes.
• Coordinate recruiting activities for direct and indirect production-related roles.
• Collaborate with the works council on labor law and co-determination matters.
• Interface with HR Business Partners, Service Centers, and Competence Centers to streamline HR operations.
• Assist management and stakeholders during audits and internal reviews.

Requirements

• Fluent German (written and spoken) is required.
• Completed degree or comparable qualification with solid professional experience in HR.
• Strong knowledge of German labor law and works constitution law.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills.
