What you will do

• Manage and forecast a book of business, including usage revenue and renewals.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with client-side C-level and senior management.
• Solve client challenges by presenting tailored solutions and acting as the voice of the customer internally.
• Conduct QBRs and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
• Share best practices to improve team performance and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Account Management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
• Proven experience managing a book of business valued at $3M+ USD.
• Strong commercial and technical acumen, particularly within the SaaS market.
• Demonstrable stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to present complex information concisely with strong attention to detail.
