What you will do
- Manage and forecast a book of business, including usage revenue and renewals.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with client-side C-level and senior management.
- Solve client challenges by presenting tailored solutions and acting as the voice of the customer internally.
- Conduct QBRs and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Share best practices to improve team performance and scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Account Management.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
- Proven experience managing a book of business valued at $3M+ USD.
- Strong commercial and technical acumen, particularly within the SaaS market.
- Demonstrable stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to present complex information concisely with strong attention to detail.
