Salary: $90,000–$100,000 OTE

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for system design tasks and network equipment updates.
• Support pre-sales activities including site design, integration research, and proof-of-concept work.
• Assist with virtual sales calls, partner training sessions, and site walkthroughs.
• Provide technical recommendations and best practices for hardware and software platforms.
• Analyze technical support cases to identify trends and engage the sales team as needed.
• Manage escalated technical support tickets to ensure partner satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Milwaukee, WI, USA
• Bachelors’ degree or diploma in IT, networking, computer science, or related field.
• 3+ years of industry experience in customer-facing roles such as systems design, engineering, or integration.
• Extensive knowledge of system design, camera placement, and network design (TCP/IP, routers, switches, VPN).
• Strong understanding of image quality, video transport protocols, and compression technologies.
• Ability to work at heights and access a vehicle for occasional site visits.
