TL;DR

Location: Burlington, Massachusetts (Onsite)

Compensation: $125,000 – $167,900 OTE per year

What you will do

  • Deliver technically accurate product demonstrations tailored to executive and technical audiences.
  • Conduct detailed technical discovery sessions to identify customer security challenges and business goals.
  • Own the end-to-end Proof-of-Value (POV) process, including scoping, deployment, and success criteria.
  • Train and enable MSPs, resellers, and OEM partners to perform effective technical validations.
  • Provide field insights to influence product messaging and roadmap decisions.
  • Represent the company as a technical advocate at trade shows and industry events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity and data protection concepts.
  • Proven ability to design and articulate solution architectures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Experience working with MSPs, VARs, or channel-driven sales models.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Burlington, Massachusetts.
