Location: Onsite in Randolph, MN (Initial training may be required at the Le Sueur, MN facility)

Salary: $24.00 - $33.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance on wheel loaders, haul trucks, and other large heavy mobile machinery.
• Troubleshoot and execute corrective repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Inspect equipment for defects, wear, and damage to perform necessary replacements.
• Document all maintenance activities and inspections within the CMMS system.
• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure the availability of critical components.
• Collaborate in safety meetings, emergency response drills, and training programs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in heavy mobile equipment maintenance.
• Technical degree in Heavy Construction equipment, Diesel mechanics, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems and reading technical schematics.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Randolph, MN.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in outdoor environments in all weather conditions.
