What you will do

• Process customer work requests into CMMS and assign them to appropriate supervisors.
• Develop and disseminate maintenance schedules to optimize resource utilization.
• Create detailed work packages including materials, labor, and safety procedures.
• Maintain the CMMS asset registry and track the maintenance backlog by priority.
• Coordinate with Building Managers to define project scopes and schedule shutdowns.
• Review performance reports to ensure cost, quality, and delivery commitments are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED; Associates degree in maintenance technology preferred.
• Proficiency in CMMS and MS Excel.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Strong organizational, time management, and mathematical skills.
• Based in Ashburn, Virginia, USA.
