What you will do

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on industrial mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret complex electrical, pneumatic, and chemical schematics for troubleshooting and repair.
• Install and repair electrical apparatus, including transformers, wiring, motors, and electronic components.
• Program and monitor Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) to ensure system efficiency.
• Maintain facility access control, security, and fire alarm systems.
• Document maintenance activities and repairs using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Salt Lake City, UT.
• Must have authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Licensed Journeyman Electrician or 7+ years of experience in a complex manufacturing maintenance role.
• Proficiency in reading technical schematics and using CMMS software.
• Experience with PLC systems and security/fire alarm maintenance is highly preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; vocational/technical training is a plus.
