Salary: $150,000 – $206,500 USD

What you will do

  • Partner with channel experts to execute digital marketing strategies across international markets with a focus on EMEA.
  • Manage international digital marketing budgets and report on performance and pipeline targets.
  • Adapt messaging, content, and creative to local markets to support pipeline creation.
  • Collaborate with BDR and Sales teams to prioritize target accounts and map the total addressable market.
  • Analyze lead conversion and ROI to maximize top-performing lead sources.
  • Provide visibility to sales leadership through quarterly business reviews and regional updates.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Demand Generation.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Proven experience managing digital marketing budgets and scaling to $1M+ per quarter in ad spend.
  • Experience running advertising campaigns across international geographies.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with a focus on ROAS and pipeline ownership.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in one or more non-English languages.
