TL;DR

Location: New York, NY; Remote, US (Hub cities)
Salary: $170,000 - 200,000 per year

What you will do
- Set performance expectations, run coaching, and build capabilities to scale enrollment through open enrollment and beyond.
- Own communications-based enrollment strategy for direct and channel books using a data-first approach to prioritize channels, segments, and experiments.
- Partner with CS and payer teams to design enrollment programs that account teams can execute without becoming marketers.
- Drive cross-functional enrollment initiatives spanning product, CS, payer, and data, ensuring clear ownership, visible dependencies, and measurable enrollment outcomes.
- Build and optimize consumer-to-enterprise flows for eligible consumers finding employer coverage and enterprise members losing eligibility finding a path to continue care.
- Establish experimentation and measurement: run A/B tests, paid media layered against claims campaigns, and build reporting at channel, client, and program levels.
Requirements
- US work authorization required.
- 7+ years in B2B2C lifecycle and member growth marketing, with at least 3 years focused on scalable programs (not individual account campaigns).
- Deep fluency in enrollment funnel mechanics: landing page CVR, email-to-enrollment conversion, claims-triggered campaigns, paid media layering, renewal, and reactivation rates.
- Experience leading teams and building a performance culture that can operate without constant involvement; hiring experience is a plus.
- Strong data leadership: design structured experiments, interpret results, and iterate; Looker or Braze experience is valuable.
- Ability to equip CS and payer teams in a B2B2C model and act as a trusted enrollment resource.
