Principal Customer Success Manager (Risk Analytics/Investment Management Software): Partnering with buy-side investment managers to drive adoption and value realization from One platform with an accent on risk analytics, portfolio optimization, and strategic client collaboration. Location: Hybrid in Singapore (office two days per week)

What you will do
- Act as primary post-sale contact to drive platform adoption, usage optimization, and value delivery for One.
- Co-create and execute customer success plans, including measurable KPIs, QBRs, and action plans from NPS feedback.
- Collaborate with sales, service delivery, and product teams to address operational issues and align solutions with client needs.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, support renewals with business cases, and expand ARR through proactive relationship building.
- Engage C-level stakeholders on industry trends, pain points, and business outcomes in risk and analytics.
Requirements
- Hybrid work in Singapore, effective communication in cross-regional, multi-cultural environments.
- Proven post-sale customer success ownership with complex buy-side clients, including adoption, retention, and renewals.
- Strong expertise in risk analytics, portfolio analytics, investment risk solutions, and investment/asset management workflows.
- Experience using customer usage data, health signals, and analytics to guide adoption and business outcomes.
- Ability to navigate complex client organizations, build C-level relationships, and drive value engineering.
- Commercial mindset with collaboration across sales, product, services, and support teams.
