What you will do
- Design, build, and launch automated email programs including post-event drips and sales follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the Web team to implement and manage Marketo forms.
- Partner with Marketing Ops and Salesforce Admins to ensure data integrity and system synchronization.
- Develop executive dashboards to track marketing ROI and campaign performance.
- Perform A/B testing on email content, landing pages, and subject lines to improve conversion metrics.
- Manage email segmentation and list hygiene to ensure high-quality campaign delivery.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations or campaign execution.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools like Marketo, Pardot, or Hubspot.
- Experience creating emails, forms, and landing pages within a Marketing Automation Platform (MAP).
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Understanding of UTM tracking and campaign reporting.
Nice to have
- Experience with webinar platforms such as ON24 or GoToWebinar.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Prior experience with marketing metrics and advanced campaign reporting.
