What you will do

• Lead the onboarding process for new fleet accounts, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
• Coordinate installation schedules and site access for hirify.global Technicians.
• Manage and support Service Providers to ensure compliance with SLAs during installations.
• Train new Service Providers on TaaS concepts and performance expectations.
• Provide actionable feedback to the Service Delivery and Operations Manager to improve deployment processes.

Requirements

• English and German language proficiency required
• Strong customer support and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage extensive stakeholders within complex projects.
• Understanding of tire management technologies or capacity to learn new systems.
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
